Wow......I was just reading my last entry and I haven't updated since I went to Korea....eek! Sorry guys!
It's July now. Steve and I just celebrated our 2 year anniversary by going to the South Coast Winery Resort and Spa in Temecula, CA. It was really relaxing and just a nice little 'holiday' getaway.
Things here are getting hot. Literally. Temps in Southern California are getting to be really high. Thankfully, I live close to the Pacific (3 miles), and so the breeze from the beach cools off the neighborhood that I live in. We have survived at night with just the fan in the window.
I have lived here for almost a year - can you believe it? I have yet to experience an earthquake.....and hopefully it will stay that way for awhile.
For all of you folks in Chicago, I'll be visiting from August 15-19th and I'd love to see you :)
