Last night I went to the benefit concert at 1919 Hemphill. The bands were great but there were not that many people there. That's too bad cause the money went to an indigent Peruvian school. Later we went to Phil's to hang out and got some crazy news. Stephanie and Nick are having a baby and getting married. Wow, what a bomb they dropped! Things will be forever different for them, but I wish them the best. I want to let Steph know that I'm not mad about any past events and that I want to be someone she can count on as a friend. I think I'll call her soon. It's been a crazy summer for me as far as all the people I know that have been getting hitched lately. I imagine that I will have gone to 4 weddings within a 6 month period by the time it's all over (unless someone else announces one!).
