It´s been exactly 2 months since my ski accident yesterday, in other words - 9 weeks since I´ve been immobile. I´ve been laying in bed for 9 weeks, bored out of my mind. I guess it is good time to finally go back and write everything down.

Another year, another week vacation with my moravian friends. Every year we choose to spend a week in a different part of our country and this time we rented a cottage in Jizera Mountains. I have lots of foreign friends, most of them live in really cool cities and I´m lucky enough to be allowed to crash at their place when I visit them (Hello New York, Paris, Berlin and Dresden). My friend called me 3 weeks ago to tell me that she´s going to ski in Austria with her 2 colleagues and if I want to go with them. It took me one week to decide. I wasn´t sure if I wanted to spend all my money that I finally managed to save. I went to ski to Italy the week before christmas and it was amazing. I went with my dad, it was his present for his 50th birthday from me and my mom. We both enjoy skiing immensely (it´s the only sport I´m good at.lol) and we haven´t been in the Alps for some time so it seemed to be a great present.
