It´s been exactly 2 months since my ski accident yesterday, in other words - 9 weeks since I´ve been immobile. I´ve been laying in bed for 9 weeks, bored out of my mind. I guess it is good time to finally go back and write everything down.

I have lots of foreign friends, most of them live in really cool cities and I´m lucky enough to be allowed to crash at their place when I visit them (Hello New York, Paris, Berlin and Dresden). As last year, my dad and I went skiing to Arabba, Italy one week before Christmas. I have sort of a rule to never go to one place twice (there´s so many places in the world that I want to see, no time to visit one place over and over) but we loved it there so much the last year that we made and exception. My friend called me 3 weeks ago to tell me that she´s going to ski in Austria with her 2 colleagues and if I want to go with them. It took me one week to decide. I wasn´t sure if I wanted to spend all my money that I finally managed to save. I went to ski to Italy the week before christmas and it was amazing. I went with my dad, it was his present for his 50th birthday from me and my mom. We both enjoy skiing immensely (it´s the only sport I´m good at.lol) and we haven´t been in the Alps for some time so it seemed to be a great present.
