3/21/07 Update: Mary Ann Levenson backing to racing:
http://www.almanacnews.com/news/show_story.php?id=486 The preliminary hearing was finally set today at the arraignment - I didn't make it because I am still getting over a cold and I didn't want to infect anyone there. But I'm still racing Saturday, darn it all. I planned to use my carbon bike but I also planned to start riding it a bit this week to remind myself of the shifting - it's got Dura-Ace shifters and I'm used to Campy. Since I have done zero exercise since last Wed., that hasn't happened. I'll take it out at lunch tomorrow and see how it feels.

Thanks to the 30 plus people today that filled the courtroom. These included our kids/family, teachers, teammates, cyclists, mothers, and others. Mr. Sorensen's attorney asked for another postponement for time to analyze the blood alcohol level, but due to the pressure of those in the gallery, he was forced to enter a plea (which was not guilty). The preliminary hearing was set for April 19th at 9am.
