A Hurricane for my taste
So... our second hurricane of the season is named Beryl.
Odd... Beryl is a rock... and just happens to be the name of the main character of a new manga I'm working on.
But the weirdness doesn't end there, I actually was watching the weather channel when they announced that the off-shore low pressure system by the Carolinas became a tropical depression, and then the next day when it became Beryl.
Beryl is On a track that will put it right near Maine... so the first hurricane to hit the area in years might share the name with my manga character...
Weird.
