Fuckin' government. The government is after Greenpeace for sailor-mongering - the practice of bringing whores and liquor onto ships to entice sailors to come ashore. No, really. The whole organization is under indictment. Why? No, they didn't have any actual whores. It was because they wanted to stop illegal logging of endangered mohogany which the boat was transporting.
