What: Bake sale to support John Kerry's Campaign
Where: 5890 Darlington Rd.
When: Saturday April 17, 2004 2:00-5:00 pm. (next weekend)
Why: Eat cookies. Support a cause. Hang out. You should come.
I just signed up to help with a Bake Sale for Democracy run by MoveOn PAC.
It's a fun way to raise money to support the effort to Take Back the White
House while sending a message that this is a grassroots effort, not a
high-rolling campaign.
There'll also be yummy cookies... mmm... cookies..
If you want to help out with my bake sale, sign up using the moveon URL. If you don't feel like signing up with them, at least let me know so that I know how many people and what kinds of baked goods to expect. You can also help out with registering people to vote and passing out informational pamphlets on John Kerry's positions and accomplishments.
