new years
happy new year. 2005. a new year... a fresh start. resolution: run better. be cooler. don't be a loser.
last night was pretty cool. FFL had a good set... even with me showing up an hour and a half late... fists of jesus was really cool. i told matt to make the shirt he had into a half shirt... cause it would look awesome... and it did. we played, and i think people liked it. i updated the FFL site with a poll. read the site to find out what happened and to vote. if it doesn't work, then just email farfromlondon@yahoo.com with whatever song lol.
alexa getting kissed=funny/scary as all hell. zack getting hit with belt=painful as all hell. josh almost beating zack in a fight=close as all hell (until i came outside... then josh practically got choked to death)
zack acoustic=awesome. the acoustic version of scenic route is great. zack recorded it in his sister's studio one day. he did all the work on it (all vocals and all guitar). it sounds awesome and a half. i'll put it on the purevolume site as soon as i get it.
we sold a buncha demos... good stuff. we also got a buncha new stuff at guitar center/sam ash
i wish we recorded last night. it would've been an awesome live CD... but we need to re-record all the songs because i KNOW it'll sound bad ass... tenfold bad ass.. if that's possible.
