Veronica Mars season finale wrap-up
Don't read if you haven't seen! or don't want to know.
So Jackie's mom is just a waitress, not a model. shocker. and jackie has a 2-year-old son. she's just some knocked-up druggie. fortunately she found wallace before he went all the way to Paris for no reason.
Woody really likes hanging around in his underwear. kinda gross. then again, he is a child molester. or no, wait, he just listens to them because their own fathers didn't! his alias at the "ranch" was a Lord of the Rings reference, my sister said. that deer head over the toilet was some interesting interior decorating. and not the greatest weapon. he went easily.
Weapon of the Night, for good and for evil: Taser!
Death number 1: Everyone on the plane, including Woody. Killer: Cassidy. convenient that the plane was RIGHT BY the Neptune Grand when it exploded. Cassidy is too smart for his own good. and we didn't buy for a MINUTE that Keith was on the plane. but it did give Veronica lots of reasons to cry, and hold Logan. mmm, the LoVe!
Death number 2: Cassidy. killer: himself, although chuck's all "i think i saw someone push him!" interesting that his investments left Kendall 8 mill. wonder what she asked Keith to do with all that money??
Death number 3: Aaron Echolls. Killer: Clarence Weidman ("CW?" "it's a done deal") via Duncan, who's in Australia with a very cute little kid.
Reference to last year's cliffhanger: Cassidy actually raped Veronica and gave her chlamydia. she had it for 2 whole years?? (remember, that party was before her junior year.) And then did she and Duncan do it too? did they just wake up beside each other and assume? veronica slept with everyone at that party.
Question: Didn't Dick graduate? i liked his shirt, "Trust me, I'm rich." that theory didn't work so well in Cassidy's case. i really hope he and Mac didn't do it. that's the impression we were given. why did he take all her stuff, jut b/c he's a bastard? she should have stuck with Butters/Vincent, at least he didn't kill anyone. that we know of.
Tender moment: Between Veronica and Van Clemmons. oh how delighted i would be if they pulled a Giles and he was still around when she's at college.
Tender moment, on the roof: So V realized how much logan loves her or something? or vice versa? or...both?
Questions for next year: Weevil was hauled off to jail during graduation (that Lamb is a DICK) b/c those kids from the van fingered him as the one who assaulted Thumper. as in, chloroformed him and took the drugs/money he was carrying. he indirectly caused thumper's death, but i don't think he was directly guilty. Also, we presume there was a bunch of money in Kendall's briefcase, or else something so important it made Keith not call V and left her standing at the gate to NYC? maybe it was like, toxic gas that paralyzed him or gold or the treasure of the Sierra Madre. hehe.
i really think Keith should split the 20,000 reward for Woody 70/30 with Vinnie b/c all Vinnie did was give him Woody's medical records. hardly put any effort into it.
Now we just have another long summer to wait! or, if it isn't renewed, an ETERNITY. let the season 3 fanfic begin! but season 2 well be on DVD August 15, is the word on the street, so we should start saving up for that.
