Getting there...
I'm back home in Ribe for a couple of days fixing up my apartment. Having cats for 7 years pretty much destroyed the carpet in my livingroom so that really needed to changed.
And when I was going to change my carpet I might as well paint the walls too. I used to have a dark yellow color that matched the curtains. I really liked it but I needed a change.
So... My friend knows a carpet guy and he ordered the carpet I wanted, and yesterday I bought paint. In the afternoon I started emptying shelves and cupboards and last night I started painting. It freakin took forever though! I was done painting the first coat at 4 am!!
I had considered stopping earlier, but I got stubborn and really wanted to get the first coat done with :o)
I got up at noon today and started painting again around 2 pm. Again to took me about 8 hours, but I'm really happy with the result. I'm on my way to bed now and in the morning I'll decide whether I'm done or if I should give it another coat. I have to see it at daylight to be sure.
