Kicks for me.

Remember my clicky flippy phone? The one that I'd had since 2004?
Well, I had to retire it. I lost the charger, and I didn't think a $20 investment was worth it...
She was a tired ol lass anyhow...lost her clicking ability the last time I dropped her on the concrete. I got a new phone for that same twenty bucks. Let's just say it's an underachiever, though. It's so skinny though. I miss fatty flipski.

Anyway, I read an interview with Bob Dylan earlier today about his exhibit of paintings (apparently he paints?) opening in London soon. Whenever I read some kind of Dylan quote or anything, I feel like the huge painting of his face i have on my wall is giving me some sort of look. THE EYE, or something. Also, he grew a mustache in his old(er) age. In one of my favorite early Dylan songs, "I shall be free" he says -- 'Well the funniest women I ever seen was the great granddaughter of mr. clean. She takes about fifteen baths a day. Want's me to grow a mustache on my face, she's insane.' YOU CLOWNED YOURSELF DYLAN! FORTY YEARS LATER!

Okay then.

Anyone else drink Izze? I like the apple kind. I bet it'll give me a stomach ache.

So, I've been in the doghouse, or something, lately. I mean to say that I'm broke. It's been us fellows here scrappin around and eating toast. I finished the last of my Peanut Butter off. More like, in an act of noble selflessness I let Linde eat the last serving spoonful. So all I had this morning in the kitchen was about 3 slices of bread.

BUT, I can't lose at life, not with GOD ON MY SIDE.

Or my mom's deadbeat father, aka the grandpa I've never seen in my life. I think he's even still alive. Point is, he gave like 500 dollars in savings bonds to me when I was born, and my dear old dad recently found them. Interest-wise I may have stumbled into somewhere closer to a grand.

I guess I'm serving at the granite sit-ee in st louiee park. But for the few weeks before I'm slangin plates of hot food at people's faces for cash...this stumble-money will be a deadbeat-grandpa-send.

It was all blowing weather today. Then I decided about an hour ago to buy some groceries, what with my wealth now... So I stepped outside around dusk and it was damned gorgeous outside.
This is where my apple izze came from.
As well as a replenished supply of COTTAGE CHEESE, PEANUT BUTTER, and ORANGE JUICE.

oh, mama!

I really like MGMT.
