Summer time is passing me by...
I bought a bike yesterday!
It is not an awesome "brand new beach cruiser", like I originally wanted but it is a cute fixer upper.
It's a Schwinn World Traveler, turquoise and gold, kinda rusty and banged up but I like it.
I'm having a hard time trying to find info about this kind of bike online but I am guessing it is from the late 60's early 70's.
I don't know the first thing about riding/fixing up bikes, so this is going to be quite the little project for me.
Hopefully this bike will help me get out of the house and start living a healthier lifestyle.
My countdown to Honk Kong has begun!
I'm leaving in 7 days,
I am going to buy a travel book today and start planning all of the things that I want to do and places I need to see.
I'm so excited to get away from the stress of everyday life, even if I'll only be gone for 10 days, this vacation is much needed.
Plus, its still super hot in HK, maybe I'll finally get to go to the beach this summer :)
