Ahh...ahh...cat-choo!
So mom's been sick since December. She's been put on all sorts of medication to try and fix her clogged up sinuses and bad throat problems. Recently, she was sent to an allergist. It turns out she is allergic to everything outside: tree, weed, and grass pollen, plus whatever else is out there. She's also allergic to rabbits. Well, we've never had rabbits, so OK there. Then the real shocker: CATS. She's been around cats all her life! What the hell?
Gerald and I are planning to let them know that if we need to take in Keenan, Kellie's brother, we will. Mom has to pretty much isolate herself from Keenan, which makes him a very depressed kitty. He apparently won't eat his treats. I think Ger's the most worried about this, but I assured him that my parents won't do anything stupid with Keenan or else all of us daughters will freak out at them.
This weekend is busy. Not only is our 1st year anniversary on Sunday, but Saturday is Brittany's graduation from college as a Bachelor of Science in Education. She's been studying to be an elementary school teacher. She mostly wants to teach in areas of Augusta, GA that have kids with family issues, to help them grow to be stronger kids. We're planning to head over there tomorrow night, since the graduation is at 10AM on Saturday. But this is all depending on what the doctor says about Gerald tomorrow morning, because he may have had a relapse with his bronchitis. So, possible busy weekend, or possible weekend of sickness. Either way, it's going to be tiring.
