well, we finally found a place to buy. I got on this pre-construction list for a new development in Dumbo. I made an appointment yesterday and new that we could be happy in this place. It's not as big as we would have liked, but we will make it work. The building is supposed to be completed by Spring 2007. For now, we'll stay in FH and save our pennies. Thank goodness for pre-construction prices.

Why do these things happen when you least expect them too?
