Good Evening
Just writing about something to be excited about:
As you may know(or maybe not), I have talked to someone from the Uxbridge Public Access channel about doing something there over the summer in order to gain some experience. I had tried and tried to get a hold of the main man over the last couple weeks, and he hadn't responded. So today, I decided to email him one last time. I figured, if he didn't reply at least I had tried. Anyways, I was happy that he responded within just a few hours. He actually mentioned he already had plans for me to help him on a new program they are producing this summer. I was very happy to know he actually had plans, which tells me he'll be exposing me to a lot of stuff this summer. Yay!! I am really curious about how things will be. And as little of a place it is (compared to what I'd really like to do later on in life), I think it is a great start! I think it will be a good foundation for me to start at a place like that. And for once, I am a little less worried about my future and how I would possibly gain some useful experience in this field. An exciting part about this is, an anchor who previously used to work at Channel 7 news will be hosting this show. Connections!! Guys, I hope I make it big. Maybe not big as in being a star, but making it big by doing things I never thought I could do before. Cool things!!
So, now that school is ending in a few weeks, I have been thinking about summer. I want to make this summer better than last summer.
