- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1/4 t almond xtract
- 2 C flaked coconut
- 1/4 C chopped almonds
Beat egg whites. Add sugar, flour, salt and almond extract. Stir in coconut and almonds.
Drop heaping teaspoons 5cm apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325F for about 15 minutes.
