Scrapbooking Supplies!

Sep 05, 2008 22:54

I've decided that I'm going to allow myself $25 to $40 bucks from every paycheck (weekly) to spend on scrapbooking supplies. This also depends on how I can lie to myself and say "that's not just a scrapbooking supply so it doesn't count."

Here are some pictures of the things I have purchased since allowing myself this joy. Two weeks!

Paper!

Shopped at Hobby Lobby in BG over the Holiday weekend and they were having a half off sale. I bought these neat paper packs for 9.99 each.

Stickers and Thickers

OMG. I stood there (Still at Hobby Lobby) and reverted to childhood. The Colors Duke! The COLORS! I think I love thickers even though I haven't used them.

stuff

So Today, I saw this craft knife and had to have it, knowing full well that last week I spent two bucks on that lame crayola cool tools cutter thing. But I can't wait to use it. I also had to have the package of assorted metallic star shaped brads. I have no clue how to use them but figured that the eyelet punch set would be required. I love how I justify myself. And since the crayola cool tool cutter thing ETCHED into the glass of my desk (and the eyelet punch suggested I have a mat) I purched the cutter bee Self Healing Mat.

Scrap Packs

I think I love these things. I mean a POUND of cardstock for 4 bux! and then 30 sheets of textured papers (also 4 bux).

Tub o' Clips

Staples has this offer where you can fill a tub with various things. I decided long ago that I wanted some of these things for myself. Scrapbooking!

PaperClips Organized.

Here are the paperclips in an organized fashion. There are hands (some giving the thumbs up), feet (i only got one), hearts, stars, jumbo metalic ones, regular sized black and white ones, the bass clef symbol, and some guitars (or cello's or something). and you can see some glue sticks that i bought that turned out to be too big for my glue gun (sadness). (i use a lot of parenthesis don't I?(?))

On a sad note, when I left Hobby Lobby last friday, I realized I hadn't bought the one thing I went to look for. Chipboard for the ready_set_scrap Friendship Challenge. I fail.
