Oh man, I can't decide how I feel about this layout. I'm a big fan of use what you have scrapbooking since funds are short, and you get more creative leeway than with a kit.
Some details:
Blue File Folder lightly spray-painted. Black Duck Tape (a staple of mine maybe). Screening. Photo printed on cd label. MB20 sticker. Various alpha stickers from high school days. A copy of the PUSH lyric page fromt he CD insert. A metal clip. and two of those super cheap keyrings.
