Renton's in da house!
I'M BACK!
(Not that I was physically away at any point...nope, no summer vacations for Dani this time, boo-hoo!)
First and foremost (I love this phrase!), today I sat for my last exam (actually, I still have Methodology I pending, but won't sit for it until December, so I can have time enough to prepare the monography I have to present afterwards in order to get my Associate Degree...It's all about the strategy!), Art of the XX century, and got a 10! And guess what? Got the same mark on Friday at the Argentine Art II final! I'm SO proud of myself right know! Studied my ass off and missed a lot of things, but the result was SO rewarding!^^
Classes start next Monday, so I won't have much time to rest...in fact, my schedule's already packed, though fortunately with fun plans! Tomorrow I'm meeting my (ex)classmate Noe after work to see an exposition on Grete Stern's photography, an in the evening I'm seeing Tony Levin live with Sebastian and Georgieten_no_ryu81 ...awesome!On Thursday I'm meeting Marcos in the afternoon and in the evening I'm having another movie night at Flor's. On Friday I'll see my highschool friend Eru after work (we're going to the Recoleta Cemetery, which is Buenos Aires first public cemetery...pretty cool,uh?And right next to were I work!) and in the evening in having a romantic dinner with Sebastian, as it is our anniversary...I'm in a (almost) two-year relationship, you guys! Un-freaking-believable!
Finally on Saturday I turn 20 (yup, two decades AND a two-year relationship...who knew!), which equals a drunken night out with friends, yay! I'm so looking forward to my birthday! I love getting my socail life back^^
I guess that's all, as studying= no interesting things to tell. I promise I'll try to catch up with everyone whithin possible in the near future!
PS: started reading a book of short stories, Great dream of heaven: stories vintage by Sam Shepard. Has anyone read anything by him? I'm really digging it so far:D
PPS: I've recently become a fan of Dr. House. Damn it, I hardly ever follow tv serials, and now I've got so many chapters to watch!
PPPS: Has anyone of you watched the Oscars ceremony? An Argentine film won Best Foreign Language Film of the Year!!!
