Mother's Day!

It's Mother's Day in Argentina, which means my grandparents coming over and having asado for lunch!Awesome!:D
(My brother and I got my Mom an elegant black T-shirt, which was perfect...until she tried it on. Gosh, she has put on some weight!^^')

Friday was a great day after shitty Thrusday, as not only did I buy my Mom the T-shirt, but also bought a belated b-day gift for a friend of mine (in my defense, I haven't seen her in a while, so she won't know that I bought her present that late:P) AND a pair of jeans for me!It was high time I bought them, as I only have a wearable pair (one doesn't fit me anymore, and the other one has too many holes to even bother to have them repaired, lol). I suspect I'll have to buy more clothing, but haven't done spring cleaning yet, so I don't know exactly what I need more urgently. I went to an exposition too, which was on photoperformance, at an art foundation that has the most increadible collection on modern art, from Surrealist painters to Andy Warhol:D At 7pm I went with my Mom to see another play from the Theater Festival, just the two of us. It was called  El dúo de la africana, and was directed by the same guy from the other Spanish play I had seen with Sebastian last Saturday. Again, a mix of acting and music, only this time the music was more opera-like and the acting had more weight. All in all, very funny, with characters that reminded me Gabriel García Marquez novels:P Then, we came back home and had some take-out due to lack of willingness to cook, and after dinning, we had a long conversation on various family topics, like we used to have last year. I feel like I was finally able to open up with her, tell her about my fears, my trust issues and the things that were worrying/bothering me. Seriously, I'm really happy that we had the chance to have this talk^___^

Yesterday I went to Sebastian's to study (although I did almost everything to sabotage the plan...shame on me!) and now I'll be seeing him again in a couple of hours, as tonight we'll be going to the last play from the Theater Festival, The files. I rechecked the tickets and discovered it won't be performed in that hedious theater we went to see the other Polish play, so that's kind of a relief, though I have never been to this theater before. We'll see...

Have a nice Sunday everyone!
