Daniel and Vala = The best couple ever! PART 1
Daniel and Vala are definitely my OTP. As much as I love John and Aeryn,
Mulder and Scully, Kara and Lee, and Peter and Olivia, Daniel and Vala
outshine them all!
I mean, I know they kinda started out sorta hating each other, but they are just too much fun to watch. Besides,
there was definitely some flirty banter, chemistry, AND sexual tension
going on even from the start. And that fight? Holy hotness! They had
some nice fighting/foreplay action going on there. Not to mention that
kiss/kisses that Vala laid on him. He was SO kissing back by the last
one!
PROOF!
Also, he DID undress her, even though he knew that her suit WASN'T zat
proof. And, at the end, he actually works with her to get them out of
their predicament, and he tells Hammond that THEY were BOTH fine. He
was warming up to her already...
Before I discuss Avalon, I want to know how Vala got a hold of Daniel to tell him about the tablet that
she had. It never says, and dammit, I am curious! Anyway, oh the
flirty banter of Daniel and Vala in Avalon! Yes, I admit, Daniel is
totally annoyed by Vala in this episode, but he DID tell Landry to let
her through the Stargate, and he did seem to touch her a lot.

Oh,
Avalon pt 2! Daniel was SO upset when he saw those damn Ori followers
burning her at the altar. He tried so hard to convince them to stop!
Then, he goes over to hold her poor, burnt body. Don't even try to tell
me that he doesn't feel SOMETHING for her.
In
The Powers That Be, Daniel is, of course, upset that Vala deceived the
poor people on P8X-412, BUT he still defended her, stayed right next to
her all night by her jail cell, and tired to encourage her that she was
doing her best to save the villagers from the Prior plague. This is the
episode where Daniel starts to figure out that Vala isn't such a bad
person after all.
Beachhead
doesn't do much in the line of the Daniel/Vala story arc, but it does
show Daniel again, that Vala is actually not a bad person. She does all
but sacrifice herself to stop the Ori supergate, and when Daniel
realizes that she may be dead, he looks very sad.
