OT: GateFic Awards
Thought everyone might be interested in this:
It's been over a decade since Stargate SG-1 first aired, and in that time, thousands of fans have produced an incredible body of fanfiction, art, and videos. GateFic believes that the best of the best deserve to be recognized, so we've put together an awards program to allow you to nominate and vote for your favorites!
Sometimes you read a great story or have your breath taken away by a spectacular vid or piece of art... and then you forget about it by the time the various awards programs begin accepting nominations. At GateFic, our awards program accepts nominations year-round. Nominations will close briefly during the voting period, and will re-open after the winners are announced. You do NOT have to be a registered member of GateFic to nominate or vote!
Please note our site is still under construction! We wanted to launch with everything in place, but decided against delaying this year's awards further. Nominations are being accepted until August 31st, and voting will begin shortly after. Head on over to GateFic.com to learn more, and bring a list of your favorite fics, art, vids, and more!
