D/V fic: Compromises and Aniticpation

This came to be after I asked kalesbohan (who rocks for challenging me and beta-ing this) if she had a wedding fic for Compromises. She said that she didn’t have one planned and challenged me to write it instead which I accepted * facepalm *.... sneaky girl… so *points to her* she made me do it.

I was bugging Kalesbohan for the wedding too and was very happy when she said you were taking care of it.

So sweet how nervous Daniel was about making things perfect for Vala.

I loved "His bride from the stars. Literally. And if she didn’t look like she belonged in them right now, with the Asgard beam giving her an otherworldly glow, he’d be the first to say he was a liar. "

And sighed heavily over "Vala took her first steps towards her future as Daniel saw his coming towards him."

Aw, this was so sweet :) Daniel is such a romantic, heck, now I want to get married in Crete! I especially like your last two lines, beautiful. Oh, and Cam's comment about hijacking the space ship was a nice touch.

Crete was a spur of the moment thing- ya know, since Hawaii, China, Romania (the garlic?), Italy and other places they serve pasta/pizza were taken out of the running... *eyes*

that was absolutley wonderful. daniel and vala getting married will always make me a happy bunny but this got me in a soppy romantic mood!
