house hunting names

So we have three houses on our short-list right now and we've given them names to help us remember them. I think the names are pretty funny, so I want to share them with you:

• Frat House (WOOO! 1973 FOREVER, BABY!)
• Second Best House
• Short Sale House

The really far away house I posted about last night is, sadly, not on the list. The poll was my attempt to gather data to convince the other Monster Palace Denizens that it wasn't so far north as all that. But, I think the poll convinced me instead, as nobody so far has selected either of the two most casual options.
