I played a gig! And it was fun! For those that missed, it was with my old band, The International Language of Mime, who last played together in 2004. Tonight's gig, despite the minimal rehearsal, turned out to be one of our best! It got recorded, so when I get a copy of it, I'll share the experience with you lucky folks.
It was over so quickly. Because we didn't have much time to rehearse, and we had a drummer with whom we had never played before, we decided to do our simplest and most basic songs - most of which never see the other side of 3 minutes. We played 7 songs, and it was all over in about 20 minutes.
