Tony Awards!
Some observations on this year's show:
-The amount of love I have for Next to Normal knows no bounds. Even if I still think of it as Feeling Electric.
-On that note, fuck yeah, Alice Ripley finally got a Tony!
-The three boys winning for Billy Elliot (and the show getting a Tony) is pure awesome!
-Neil Patrick Harris is hot and geeky and only made me love him more.
-LIZA! <3!
-About time Jerry Herman got Lifetime Achievement, since the man is amazing!
-I want to see all of the new musicals, even Rock of Love.
-When I grow up, I want to be Mary Testa. Seriously, I have to rewatch "Sit Down You're Rockin' the Boat" for some ideas of what I want to do (besides her moment of pure divine awesome that if I did I would prolly be in so much trouble).
-I have come to the conclusion that I would love to hang out with the cast of Hair for a day.
All in all, I love the Tony Awards and this year was no different. I want to go back to NYC even more.
