Time to go home....
Well our time in the City of Angels is coming to a close. I had such a wonderful time shopping and having some summertime while it’s wintertime back home. Now we will be going home to springtime, it will be really quite wonderful. Our little Charlie is quite the world traveler. Not even a year old and he’s already been to Toronto, Canada, New York City, and Los Angeles, California. Not that he’ll really remember much.
I do have to say that the best part of this time away from home has to be the night Jason came to call on us. I’ve had a long standing crush on him for years… Honestly after I saw him in The Patriot, I was lost, those eyes…that voice… Of course I didn’t know him, and it was before Russell and I got back together. But I’ve been harbouring this infatuation, and I knew Russell and he were mates - and it’s taken this long for the opportunity to actually meet him presented itself. I was so nervous, what if he thought I was a silly twit? But I think I got him drunk enough that he didn’t really care. Perhaps next time I won’t need to get him as drunk, and he can have the luxury of memory.
Of course now I’m still giddy over the whole thing. Russell makes fun of me every time he catches me watching Passionada on the pay per view. I was sorely disappointed that I watched the entire of the new Harry Potter and he wasn’t in it. But Russell assured me that he would be in the next one. So I’ll have to wait till then for my Lucius Malfoy fix won’t I? So Jason…you have made Los Angeles an exceptionally special place for me, I just hope your kisses haven’t ruined me for others. *sigh*
Well when we get back to Sydney we are going to meet up with Toni, I can’t wait to meet her. It should be great; having her over for dinner…I’ll have to make some fabulous vegetarian something for her. She and Russell have so much to catch up on, after dinner I’ll probably go out with some friends of mine and leave them to their catching up. Well Charlie is up now, I best go tend to him.
