Been thinking a lot about school, and what the long-term goal is of all this education I'm about to embark on. The question that keeps popping to mind is: can I create a degree similar to the New School's MFA in Transdisciplinary Design through Lesley/AIB, or do I have to explore moving to New York for a while in a couple of years? What will happen if I do that? Can I do it?
It's all really far off, but I can't help thinking about it. I have two meetings in January - one with a UX/dev team that I might be a great fit for, one with an adjunct professor at AIB who's also the head of one of my favorite firms in Providence, so I should have a bit more perspective then.
Still, it feels like school can't come soon enough right now - and neither can finding a job. COME ON JANUARY.
