So in a grand experiment to make my life more efficient, I decided to pick up MacSpeech Dictate, thinking that if I could speak my blog instead of writing my blog, I would be able to blog more proficiently, and thus secure my status as an important and well-respected thought leader. So far, it seems to be working pretty well. Although I've had to repeat myself on a couple of words, the program seems to be getting a lot of the things that I'm saying, and the way of writing it while not yet efficient is much more natural than sitting here trying to write it.
And I just made it give me a new paragraph just by saying the words! I officially rule! And now I'm just being silly.
So now the big thing is figuring out what I should talk about, and who I should say it to. Apparently one of the things that I really should be doing is writing more articles and more blog posts. The question is really audience. Who do I want to attract, what do they need to hear from me, how often can I realistically write before I get bored with it? Any ideas?
