Weekend is over! Thanks doG tomorrow is monday so I can relax :)
I enjoyed Ad-Astra as usual. It was fun, busy and pleasant. It's interesting to see how the costuming track keeps expanding and pushing for more.
Had activities late friday night, early saturday morning, late saturday night and early sunday morning, so sleeping was out of the question.
Highlights were Dawn's party and the Cheesecaske, of course. (all records were broken, as the Cheesecake collected over $1,000 for charity, having lots of fun in the process).Pics will follow.
My panels went fine. Much thanks to my co-panelists. Trying a new panel subject on sunday at 10am seemed like a recipe for disaster, but we had more audience than panelists just 10 minutes into the hour (and we were 5 panelists, in a never-before-seen waking-up group effort, with an all alarm clocks soundtrack).
Also enjoyed the panels I attended. The photography one was VERY informative, but maybe too crammed with information. It should be split in (at least) 2 panels.
Erica's presentation was informative, and very well received. i'm thinking it may need to be capped for a larger con (AN).
And the cherry on top for the weekend, is that this week's episode of Heroes is already waiting for me, so I'll watch it before going to bed.
