I'm not going to be home for a couple days or so, could you do me a huge favor and take care of Gertrude for me?
She just needs to be watered once a day and if I'm not back by the end of the week, just toss a shot of vodka in there for her too.
Sorry for not asking sooner, but it was kind of an unexpected leave. Hopefully it won't be too much of an inconvenience for you to pop by on your way home or on your way out but if it is just let me know and I'll see if I can't con someone else into doing it.
