So, I never got to the mall...

Oct 05, 2006 00:09

I had a fun day. I got up at 6 to be at the bus stop by 7. My mom drove herself to work and told me to take the car to the Holt park and ride. I did. I got to school by 7:45. I proceeded to spend a large portion of my time goofing off. I went to my two classes of the day. I have a mid-term coming up in one of my classes and need to post up what the argument is for one of the parts of the exam. I have Book IX Chapter 6 of Nichomachean Ethics. I don't really know what the argument is and I hope there is a Sparknotes or Cliffnotes on this book to give me an outline of what I need to look for. I got off from my class and proceeded to pick up my mom. I got a caramel apple from it. We went to go shopping for stuff for supper after we stopped by my grandma's house to drop off the umbrella she left at our house on Tuesday. Our checkout person was a friend from high school. She was doing okay and I was glad to hear it. We went home and my mom and I talked about going to the mall later this evening. We got home roughly 5:45pm and I basically went in my room and fell asleep until 8. We didn't go to the mall, but went to go and get new shoes for me because the Flyers are beat.

Look:

I will miss you, my fair pair of shoes. You have traveled many miles with me. We have been together for close to a year now and I treasured every moment. I salute you and all of your bretheren.

I got two different styles of shoes: one a nice slip-on and the other a crazy bowling-esque shoe. Both are fairly similar in color, but then again, I'm colorblind and what do I know.

I have Harry Potter tomorrow and I still didn't finish up the homework for class. I will look it over once I get up. I will probably be at school insanely early for me. I may try to convince my mother to let me get there by like 9:30 so I can actually get like 7 hours of sleep. I need to catch myself up on homework, but I still want to play. So, I may be traveling up north to Oshkosh to help one of my friends. Any plans for the folks out there?
I am thinking about a tattoo again. I don't have one, but the idea keeps popping up in my head. I need to first fill up my bank account and then we may see.
I

need to go to Old Navy and bitch again. I still haven't gotten my paycheck and they should have me on record. I don't know what is taking so goddamn long. I will try for a job there again. I will try for the Old Navy location at Southridge. I had originally applied for there and was supposed to be over there. Maybe I just need to move to a place either downtown or on the east side. Adrian's idea seems pretty nice now.
I have been thinking about girls and doing various things with them. I hate being in debt and scrounging for cash. Definitely can be a pain in the butt. One of the girls in my Harry Potter class and I went to lunch after class. It was nice. I don't know what to do after this. Would this be considered a first date? I dressed nicer than usual. I tried to bring up fairly interesting topics. I was having trouble there keeping up conversation for a second and I spoke it out loud that I was, but it was only a temporary thing. We probably could have used a little more effective silence. I have can have a silver tongue when speaking and it can help when I need something to rely upon. I got the impression that things went okay and that she seemed, if nothing else, interested in me. There is another girl from my Friends and Sex class who I went to go see at the Brewcity Bruisers match. She is also pretty and intelligent like this girl from my HP class. I haven't done anything with her yet that could be constrewed as a date. She is older than me by 2 and half years I think. I know she can drink legally. But, I haven't had much dating experience with older girls. This would be a first time thing for me. I have a feeling that I would be overwhelmed by the back history I would get and just feel out of place because of the age gap. Any suggestions?

All help is appreciated.
Well, night all. Later days!
