Power Piracy
Ahoy! Happy Talk like a Pirate Day to all the folks on the intarwubs!
I have to thank Ben for his generosity in letting me use one of his Firewires. I am going to get one soon I promise. While I type this from one of the university's Apples, I am absorbing power from it. Thank you Apple. I kind of like this new technology. I haven't used an Apple computer in years. They have a different feel than a PC. I hope someone understands.
I saw quite a few people today. I miss some of the old friends who moved away to different cities. I wish I had some of their intellect and wit. I have some, but not to the same extent.
I want to encourage a couple of my Franklin friends that there may be a referendum in February for building a new high school and using the old one as a middle school. The details will be chalked out by the vote in February and I will keep you posted on it as well. I think anew high school would well worth it in the end. It would attract more businesses to the area because we have a progressive mindset with education. I would like to offer you this in the hopes that I can hear some feedback. My aunt is proposing it, but I heard this from someone completely different with a negative spin on it and I took it as a good thing for Franklin. Thoughts?
