Huzzah...I can still go to school!
I was really worred for a while when I got the news from my Film Studies professor about grades. It made me realize that I was now at the chopping block. I was put under academic probation for failing half of my classes last semester. I just didn't want to get out of bed. With the combination of my lack of will power and sleep deprivation, I missed about half of my classes for three courses I took. I didn't think about dropping at least one of them to still keep full time student status and getting a better GPA. That would have saved myself a lot of worries as well as my folks. I know grades are important, but I made some choices that I have to deal with now. So, karma is just telling this noble soul to get his act together. So, over this semester I am taking a couple of classes to make up for the ones I failed. I have to pass these. Pure and simple. Well, I got a 2.33 GPA for this semester with an A in Logic, a B in American Popular Music, a C+ in Philosophy of Religion, and an F for Film Studies. I knew the F was coming because I didn't show up for 5 weeks. Well, I have made mistakes, but I am owning up to it. Later days.
