changing
I knew it would be hard to get my not so earth friendly boyfriend to switch over to being a bit more earth friendly... but he was actually pretty easy. We have gotten rid of paper towels and icky cat litter. We now use cloth napkins and cornmeal type kitty litter.. the cats dont seem to have a problem with it.. plus its flushable! I havnt tried flushing yet... but we shull see.
Im slowly working on getting rid of the 409 and windex. The boyfriends idea of clean is.. "it has to burn your nose". uhhh no. So Im trying white vinegar and such.
On a dif. note, my garden is coming along nicely. I have itty bitty bell peppers, some baby tomatos and strawberries! Im sooo excited. Its also time to harvest my oregeno, peppermint and mint. =]
The peaches arnt ready yet.. and if the ants dont leave.. they may not stand a chance. =[ I dont know what to do about that. I guess Im going to have to try the oatmeal trick.
In other news my stars have been kicking some bootay... but it seems that the refs dont want them to stand a chance against the red wings. =[ So sad.. but I still have faith and hope in my boys.
