Since I'm going to have some time on my hands now, and I've felt stagnant these past few weeks I've been home because I haven't been very physically active, I've devised out a work out plan that. I got most of it from here:
the Couch Potato to 5k training plan. It's a two month online trainer for how to go from not running to running 3 miles a day. I've also go my membership to Curves to do in the days in between, and 150-200 crunches a night. Saturday is my body's resting day. I just can't stay still and I know I'm going to need the endorphines to keep from being depressed. Besides, I ran all the time in high school. I'm not too old that I can't do it anymore. 65 year-old Dr. Baker still runs 3 miles a day! Now, if I were analyzing my behavior, I would know I am keeping myself busy so that I won't have to think about the move, and I would be correct. Denial is a happy place sometimes.....
