Remember how I mentioned that Bollywood superstars Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai were sued for public indecency and lowering the dignity of women and what not for kissing in a movie? Said movie being Dhoom 2?

I've heard about the practice of tree marrying, and yes, it is very traditional, so I highly doubt that Ash and the Bachchans did it. But even still, if they did, it is just an astrological superstition, it has NOTHING to do with the caste system and untouchables. They are not even related! It's more about astrology than religion or whatever.

And I am kind of confused about the whole "cutting out the kiss" thing. Everyone already saw it, so what's the point? And the Bachchans knew about it long before it was even screened, so do they really care NOW that Ash is their bahu? But even then...it seems strange that there is such back-pedalling. I mean, Hrithik defending the kiss for a long while after the charges were pressed, and suddenly it's cut? It's like they didn't even consider Hrithik's wishes, or even TELL him what page they were on. :P

My family and I are worried that Amitabh is taking too much control over Ash's life. I hope he doesn't ruin Ash and Abhi's chances as a couple, because he just might. I have a feeling that Abhi would look to his sister and/or mother for advice if Ash and Amitabh ever had a misunderstanding, though.

But I digress...:)

Oh, it's not cut. It's still on the DVD apparently. I really think all the 'omg they hate the kiss' things are just rumors. Come on, everyone knew it was going to be in the movie way before it was even filmed. Abhishek, your girl might be marrying you and loves you, but what sane woman would pass up a chance to smooch Hrithik?
