What the hell is it with this woman and breaking up the OTPs? You know, the whole 'OMG, they are such an OTP but he will die and the other guy will take care of her' thing she has going MAKES ME MAD. What's with the trend? First we get Ayashi No Ceres and now this? ARGH. I guess I should be grateful that Tamahome didn't keel over at the end of Fushigi Yuugi leaving Miaka to Hotohori's care (though she did note she initially planned to have that love story be tragic too).

Mizuki really is clueless. But the bit in the onsen! When they are both nekkid and he bolts because he is fixating on the little skin he sees above the steam and OMG. Boy must have crazy self-control. For those who are wondering, Hana Kimi is an adorable manga, soon to be dorama about Mizuki, a girl who cross-dresses as a boy to join an all-boys school which her idol Izumi Sano (she is into high jump) goes to. They end up being roomies and he falls for her but he can't let her know he knows she is a girl and she can't let him know her gender and complications and fluff and angst ensues blah blah.
And in honor of HK, I bring you pictures from the coming-soon t-drama adaptation. I have to confess I am a bit puzzled by the people at soompi. They are saying Ella (who plays Mizuki) looks too boyish. WTF? She is supposed to be able to pass for a boy. Argh.

Hmmm, as long as we are on a roll, MatsuJun will be Tasuki and the girl who was the lead in Hana Yori Dango will be Miaka and Takeshi Kaneshiro will be Nakago because he is gorgeous and I want to see him play evil (he is a bit too old, but whatever. Plus, come on, don't you want to see him and Takki liplock? :P). The girl who was the lead in1 Litre of tears can be Yui. Oguri Shun (Rui in HYD) can be Chichiri. Gosh, we are set.

They keep topping the hotness of previous eps. I am halfway through ep 9 and Takeshi being all sexy and protective and speaking English? HOT.
And he told the OTP he will protect her. And they bought each other necklaces with the other person's initials on them. But Takeshi's dropped when he was fighting with the annoying singer girl and i can just see it being used for some bad end as she picked it up.
And he wants to ask M's Dad's permission to take her to US. I looooove him. Wish she wasn't so uncertain of what she wanted though. Growing up blah blah, but Takeshi freaking Kaneshiro wants you to go to US with him. Stop waffling. And he told her he will wait for her at the airport if she vhanges her mind. I can just see it all going wrooooong.
