kim soo hyun is so great though! i feel pretty confident you'll get it someday bc he's so good and he's so pretty. remember the first 2 eps of will it snow for christmas?
the thing with master's sun is that SO JI SUB IS NOT DOING AN ANGSTFEST. he's pretty good at unintentional comedy (his rap videos, OH my lord. unless he was being ironic....?), and the hong sisters are really good at comic setups, i think it's just that as a drama fan you can't NOT be intimately familiar with their brand of comedy. for whatever my opinion's worth by the way, i watched best love last year; the first half was surprisingly dull and cha seung won was good but SO OTT - and then halfway through they upped the angst and grounded dokko jin's character and turned the crazy down and the show became truly, truly wonderful to me. i never watched big, so the hong sisters aren't as much on probation with me as they are with most of fandom.
heirs in my mind basically IS boys before flowers, with a shinier cast. i won't even care if it replicates the trainwreck bof became as long as it can recreate the adrenaline rush that was the first half.
