Upcoming dramas that might tempt my fancy

I am in a month-long drama slump, which is unprecedented. But I find myself craving either a fusion sageuk or an intense actioner and neither are available...

Let's look at the umcoming dramas then.

Like you, I'm super excited for That Winter. I'm hoping it will be good. My favorites are in it, and so far the trailer looks engaging to me.

I'm interested in Jang Ok Jung solely because of Yoo Ah In and Jae Hee, though frankly it has all the makings of a potential disaster with the seemingly mismatched casting (really? Kim Tae Hee as Jang heebin?) and reimagining of her as a fashion designer. What's Jang heebin going to do, get herself hired as Sukjong's stylist and seduce him while ripping his clothes off "for measurements"?

The rest I'm pretty meh about - it seems to be a general pattern where I like the cast (Lee Tae Baek, Incarnation of Money) or at least one of the leads and not the other (Gu Family Book, 7th Grade Civil Servant) but the whole package and the plot in particular leaves me cold.

I feel like I never know what I'm going to like ahead of time! So I guess I will take a look at everything whilst catching up on older dramas on dramafever. Truthfully, nothing ever sounds all that appealing in the plot summary, at least to me.

Flower Boy Next Door is SO good. It is a bit more slice of life but it's quite cute and really enjoyable.
