In which a plucky stuntwoman rescues a neurotic Little Mermaid...

Watching K2H made me all nostalgic for Secret Garden, one of my all-time favorite dramas.

So I rewatched the last ep of SG and wallowed in happiness and shippiness (let's face it, the last ep was pretty much a giant gift to the shippers, not that we didn't deserve it, with the insane angst of ep 17. Also, I do love seeing the fall-out and what happened to everyone).

Ahhh, I am still so in love with this drama.

The little convo with Joo Won and the Director, where Director goes on his noble kick and tells JW he now has to be Ra Im's father, brother and man, and Joo Won cuts in and says he plans to be just man to Ra Im, which is something he can do very well, and Director can continue being father and brother :P And that is why I love Joo Won. Seriously. You just know any other drama hero would get emo and promise all that, which would be bizarre.

The most unromantic marriage setting ever, because he doesn't want to (and she agrees with it) to have a wedding ceremony until his psycho mother approves. So city hall registration it is. But awwww, they are way happy. My favorite part being her demanding that he can at least tell her he wants to marry her because he loves her and his "I don't want to marry you because I love you. I want to marry you because I love only you." Oh, Joo Won! I also love that Oska and Seul are their witnesses.

I love that it's Seul's idea to decorate JW/RI bedroom for their wedding night because, as she puts it, they aren't getting any love from anyone else. Also, Oska/Seul 4evah! Queen of Bitches and Flirty Airhead FTW!

I love the reaction of the newlyweds to the hugging in front of them. And of course Joo Won can't resist yanking his hyung's chain and comment that he should have met Seul when he was 21 :P Oska's comment "do you want your first night to be your last night?" makes me LOL and LOL.

The sweetest wedding night in kdramas (I am shocked tbh. I mean, this is G-rated, but for kdramas). My favorite part is Ra Im the aggressor. It's like all her insecurities have fallen away after she woke up from her coma because I don't think anyone can get more proof how much Joo Won loves her and needs her than what he did.

Honeymoon adorableness. Who knew a staycation honeymoon could be so sweet? Also, it's adorable to see both of them so happy and childish and open with their hearts. I mean, when you remember ep 1, and Ra Im emotionally hiding from everyone and Joo Won the barely-functioning robot. Awwww! That is why Momster's reaction never made sense to me - sure, normally a penniless stuntwoman is not the best bride for your upper-crust son. But when said son is a barely-functioning phobic who has to take meds on a daily basis in order to be some sort of approximation of normal and is utterly emotionally isolated from everyone (loving Ra Im is the first strong emotion Joo Won has had since at least 21 and the accident. I am sure the distancing was part of his coping mechanism, though he probably was always a little odd even before), I'd scream hooray for Ra Im as opposed to disowning him.

For some reason, I love the bit about them reading together the most. In part because I want Joo Won's enormous library, and in part because before Ra Im, this was how Joo Won tried to figure out the world, but now they are here together.

With JW's grandpa. I love how JW is sneaking concerned looks at RI. Ahhh, true love!

With Momster. I love this scene. I love that he was the one who sent the wedding notice to her because (oh, how like logical-yet-alien Joo Won) to negotiate their future relationship, with her knowledge she won't be able to manipulate him. And she disowns him and tells him to return everything he got as her son but has him stay on as the CEO of LOEL because, as he puts it, 'you know you won't get anyone better than me.' Go, Joo Won! (Also reminded me of an uncapped scene earlier where his mother tells him that if he marries Ra Im, he may be happy for a few years, but eventually he will regret it. And JW tells her "I know." And that yes, at some point in the future, he may regret it, but he wants to regret it while married to Ra Im. Ahhh. How can anyone be so swoonily romantic and utterly pragmatic at the same time? But seriously, the guy was going to kill himself (more than that, actually) so Ra Im would live, and did, with only a miracle swapping them back. I am pretty sure he will stick to her.)

I never thought seeing Joo Won striding with his posse through the mall would make me so happy, but it did.

Seul/Oska! He is filming a MV which is based on his and Seul's first meeting. Which was beyond adorable, with his offering her an unreleased song for her phone number and being ridiculously adorable while doing so.

Bwahahahaha, Ra Im wanders in like a zombie, all sleep-deprived, and snarls at Joo Won that he knows she has to go to work in the morning for all these stunts, so he shouldn't be keeping her up all night. LOLOLOL blush LOLOL.

And that is why Ra Im is cooler than you and I. She goes from the night of sexing her gorgeous CEO husband to kicking people in the face for a living. ILY, Ra Im-sshi!

Bwahahaha Joo Won's face at Oska's concert.

Secondary OTP, there are no words for how much I adore you!

Melting...Also, I am beginning to believe JW has a fetish for sit-ups.

This drama was pretty much queen of make-outs. Not that I am complaining!

Getting caught in an elevator. LOL. But hoooray for JW's phobia being gone. This is a great way to cure it :)

With their kids, being hilarious. They refuse to buy some toy and the kid demands a loan and JW is all 'who's you co-signor?' Bwahahahahaa.

Yesssss! Wedding bells finally!

The whole bit with the kids cracked me up, especially the trying to tip-toe away only to be caught, because this is my life. I just love to see them surrounded by all this love and warmth and normalcy and self-made family.

Are you melting yet?

My heart! How it all started, years ago, when he was 21 and she was 17. His aversion to 'sorry' and the whole thing he does with straightening her forehead wrinkle to help her with bad dreams. And she has no idea and he only recently remembered (I really do think it was seeing her so distraught that pushed him over the edge and made him forget the whole thing to cope).
