More Picspam: Kareena Kapoor

Bringing you some Bollywood-related picspam. This time, the Bolly Beauty in question is Kareena Kapoor. I think she is quite beautiful (though not as much as Priyanka or Aishwarya) but the reason I love her is because I think she is the best mainstream Bolly actress of her generation, and one who is really good at playing strong women roles (I find her more stereotypical roles much less interesting).

So here is Kareena picspam from her various movies. It's Asoka heavy, because I think that rather Shakesperean, haunting epic is one of the best Bollywood movies I've ever seen. And Kareena as a Warrior Princess Kaurwaki, who ends up leading her people in battle, and who doesn't want to be protected but wants to learn sword play herself, is one of my all-time favorite Bolly heroines (and is very unusual for Bollywood movies, period). The fact that Asoka falls in love with her for this, and calls her "my warrior" as a pet name is...sorry, I love that movie.
