There is dedicated and then there is running into a burning inferno of a building to rescue a court lady for the sole purpose of shaking her and yelling at her to describe the culprit you seek. Joking aside, I do find something oddly sexy about such complete and utter single-mindedness - maybe because if that dedication and intensity got turned to you as its goal - oh my.
And on that note, please please please let this be the period drama where Jang Hyuk has the girl's heart the whole way through. Even if they both die hideous deaths as the end (always a probability with a period drama), he's already broken my heart enough with unrequited love in Chuno (even though I shipped Lee Da Hae with Oh Ji Ho in that one).
Finally, a shallow comment - what with this and Padam Padam, it reminded me that much as I enjoy 'flower boys' that populate kdramas, nothing really pings it for me the way mature (30+) brawny men do.
