Re. your comment about Kiss & Tell being out. It's the latest book by Fiona Walker so it's the easiest to get your hands on. Her other books are super hard to find (thankfully i have most of them, if not all in paperback) but if you're going to go through them i'd say start with French Relations (the first in the Tash/Hugo series) followed by Well Groomed. The other book i mentioned before, Kiss Chase is just pure wonderful fluff. It'smy fave along with the trilogy. There's also Walker's Oddlode quartet of books which you might want to try afterwards. You get a lot of backstory for Rory and Faith in those. You also get Spurs but i won't say anymore lol.
Other writers... You've probably heard of that Shopaholic film right? Well, the author of the books on which it's based on, Sophie Kinsella, has also written some fab stand alone books which i pretty much think need to be made into J/Kdramas and i pimped them all in THIS POST. I can give you the pdfs of all the books mentioned if you want to read.
Sarah Mason is really good too. Her first three books HERE are great and again, if you want dls then i can give you them. Also check out Jilly Cooper's other books esp. Score!
You should also probably check out Susan Elizabeth Phillips who isn't British but i adore her chicklit. Oh and Lisa Kleypas' modern writing.
There are others but i'd have to dig books out lol.

I read the first Shopaholic ages ago and liked it. I read some other book of hers (about lying) which I liked. Thanks for the link, will explore :)
I loooooove SEP. Love. Didn't realize Kleypas did modern stuff - I will be on it asap.
I think I will have great fun exploring other Jilly Cooper stuff - Rivals is so ridiculously entertaining (I am about halfway through now).
Thanks for all the recs!
