The best part about discovering a new fandom is discovering new badfic.
This time, the fandom is Dark Angel. What do you get when you take a story about a dystopic future, in which one genetically mutated perfect soldier seeks to unravel a conspiracy and bring down the evil and discriminating TPTB? A recipe for disaster, apparently, if these badfic ff.net summaries are anything to go by. In them, we discover that Sunnydale is never too far away, that Roswell doesn't have enough men to satisfy Liz Parker, that rebel leaders and mutant soldiers are secretly emo 12 year old girls, and that spelling, punctuation and grammar are a lot more fluid in the future.

OMG, I am so emo. In between cleaning my rifle I think how deep I am. And after I kick several people and blow up a munition dump or two, I write long entries in my diary about how no one understands me. And that Logan? He's like OMG so kewl.

AU What if Manticore didn't exist? And Max Guevara was just a normal 17 year old cheerleader girl with a rich boyfriend, trying to survive her last year of high school when the arrival of some new next door neighbors twists her life around?

Max was recaptured 3 years after she escaped. Back at Manticore, she made some new friends, caught up with some old ones, found a new thorn in her side, 494, and went on missions. Max and 494 eventually get together but it was definitely a rocky start.
And now I have no desire to read your story as you just put the whole plot out here in the summary.
Sequel to California Trippin'. Still grieving over Spike's death, Max joins the others in Europe. But a call from LA sends her back to the west coast.

Prank war? Because a secret, sadistic scientific/military training facility that is into torture is the best place to get over your issues and engage in pranks.

He wanted to tell her she turned him into a 15 year old emo girl. If only this reader knew who the "he" in question was, but she was afraid to click the story and find out.
Max and Alec are leaving seattle to be lovers for eternity and to never see asha or logan again.
Apparently the author hates Logan and Asha so much (evil interruptors of author's OTP that they are), that they don't even deserve capitalization. Anyone else gets the feeling of "fine, then I'll take my ball and go home" here?
