You guys, I am totally not crying!
This is the ending of K.O. 3an Guo, the most awesome, underrated, insane, clever, ridiculous, emotional thing ever. You know how I hate anything with a hint of wacky and yet if was to make a Top 10 list, this drama would be on it.
I am nowhere near ep 53 yet, because I was waiting for the awesome DoReMii to finish subbing the entire thing so I could binge. They just did and I am about to do so (close to 20 eps of goodness to go!) but I couldn't bear it and peeked at the end. OMFG SHE IS STILL ALIVE OMFG OMFG. I know, for most people their favorite ship was either Xiu/Shang Xiang or Zhou Yu/Xiao Qiao, and I do love both of them. But for me, my favorite ship was Guan Yu/Diao Chan - they were such a classic righteous hero/strong beauty trope. Mmmmmmmm. After ep 37, where she was presumed dead, I thought I would perish (significantly, that is where I stopped). But eeeeee!!!! YES!!!!!! So happy.
Now off to do some proper marathonning.
