This is so strange because I like the PD, but I feel that the drama is better now that he went to work on the script instead of directing it. I really like how the new director shot episodes 5-6, and I think the drama is getting a little bit better.
YAY. but where did you read the ep 7 preview? I'd love to see it myself (not that i dont believe you XD i just wanna see what else it says) soompi maybe? I keep forgetting to check the heartstrings thread regularly
Okay good! I think I'll give it episode 7 and then see.
I'm LOVING Myung Wol the Spy right now.
It's almost a mix between Tamra and Capital Scandal where we have almost an alterna universe, hi-jinks, plenty of OTP interaction, and equally as good secondary characters. I'm really enjoying the madcap vibe because I tend to love dramas that are either fusion or a bit weird when they come around.
Erik is just one of those actors who are completely magnetic and very sexy on screen. Myung Wol and him have so much chemistry. Cannot wait for the moment when he's falling for the not chaebol high schooler who is actually a North Korean spy. And although Myung Wol can take down anyone, she's actually quite naive about the world and just believes she's doing her job. The actress is doing great balancing toughness and also her naivety at times.
Also, the part where the elder spy (he's great) tries to get into the hospital hotel room made me laugh out loud. So yes, amazing drama and cannot wait till the next episode.

About the director, i have no complaints. But i just hope he limit the Flashback. While watching Ep.6, at one point i find it really annoying.

I have to say he might be ego-bound but I love that unlike e.g. Dokko Jin in Best Love, he seems like a plausible person not a cartoon.
