Bad Guy - I eat (some of) my words; Mischievous Kiss filming; Burn Notice

As soon as I posted that very long post about how I don't find Gun Wook relatable or sympathetic or even too interesting, comes ep 7 and BAM! I am a goner. The story finally allows him to be vulnerable and hurt and confused and all of a sudden his chemistry with Jae In starts sizzling and GUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH KIM NAM GIL, ILY. (He seems to have a niche in intense screw-ups, doesn't he?)

Shipping state is as follows - when Jae In is with Gun Wook, I ship her with Gun Wook. When Jae In is with Tae Sung, I ship her with Tae Sung. Well, at least that means I'll be happy whoever she ends up with unless the drama gives us the infamous Bali ending :)

I really loved this scene because it highlights how appearances and different approaches are deceptive. Tae Sung tells Gun Wook to get rid of all the stuff belonging to TS's ex (I guess they were living together as her stuff is in his place, by Korean standards I believe that's pretty serious). And GW tries to probe to see if TS misses her at all but TS' curt words indicate that he does not care. And GW is even more hardened in his revenge path because it looks as if his older-sister figure killed herself over a man who does not even have the decency to mourn for her or to keep a single keepsake. But just as TS' acting out in Japan wasn't a spoiled brat on a bender but a very dysfunctional way of dealing with grief, so is this - after telling GW to dispose of girlfriend's stuff he actually goes to the crematorium with flowers and sits by her memorial site, crying and promising her that if the cops are right and she died because of some other man, he'll avenge her. And I love that he adds "but I know you died because of me."

This was gleeful and adorable and amazing and he gave her his jacket so she won't be cold, and she actually told him she wanted to know what made him tick and he's so vulnerable with her and OMGSQUEELOVE.

Still not that interested in revenge though :)

In other news, eagle-eyed KHJ fangirls got this pic from filming of Mischievous Kiss. EEEEEEEEEEEE! He looks perfect and so does the heroine (I am assuming it's her).

In last news, just started S3 of Burn Notice and so good. Though if you were cutting your wrists and further injuring self by jumping through a glass, perhaps jumping into filthy water isn't the healthiest? I suppose a better option than death.
