This ain't gonna be pretty
I am halfway through ep 9 of IRIS and only have one thought:
Oh, honey, what have you done? Because there is no way back from this - once you make a bargain with the devil, that's it, you are stuck.
I think with this ep, it's official - Hyun Joon crossed a barrier from which he can't go back - at least not in my eyes - before that, he was either under government orders (or so he believed), running for his life, or under immediate duress (as in that Japanese politician's assasination - that was the first really down step for him but nothing compared to what he is doing now). But now, to seek revenge against Baek-san, he's joined a bunch of North Korean terrorists????? I mean, whatever it is they want to do in SK can't be good. And yet there was no gun at his back to do it. I love him as a character and I understand where he is coming from, even, but I think he officially become unsaveable now. I don't mean he will die or anything but unsaveable as a whole, functional, good person.
